Silence trimming (Silero VAD)

Trim silences before sending (re-encodes to WAV 16 kHz mono)

⚠️ VAD re-encodes the file to WAV 16 kHz mono. An mp3 can grow 3–5×. Enable only on long audio with lots of silences (dictaphone, meeting memo).
